致新区境外人员的公开信
广大境外朋友：
近期，全市相继报告新冠肺炎确诊病例和无症状感染者。为进一步做好疫情防控工作，根据全市疫情防控的工作部署，特向广大境外朋友发出如下倡议：
一、减少聚集。请减少不必要的聚会聚餐，不前往人员密集休闲娱乐公共场所，谨慎出行。
二、做好防护。请佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风，如有发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状，在做好防护的前提下，及时到指定医疗机构发热门诊就医。
三、遵守规定。日前，我市发布了部分区域实施公共活动限制性措施的通告，请广大境外朋友遵守相关要求，积极配合。
四、避免恐慌。如遇健康码变红码或黄码，不必恐慌、不要外出，立即向所在社区或境外人员服务站、移民融入服务站报告，配合做好核酸检测。
五、接种疫苗。如符合条件却仍未接种的，要尽快完成接种，共同构建抗击新冠病毒免疫屏障。
六、志愿服务。如有志愿服务意愿的，可以与所在社区或者境外人员服务站、移民融入服务站联系。欢迎您的加入！

A Letter to Foreigners in Pudong New Area

Dear foreign friends:
Recently there have been confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections of COVID-19 in Shanghai. In light of Shanghai’s overall arrangements on pandemic prevention and control to further improve the virus containment measures, we would like to make the following proposals:
1. Keep social distancing. Please refrain from unnecessary gatherings and dinners, going to crowded public places and travel.
2. Ensure appropriate protection. Please wear a mask, frequently wash hands and ventilate the room. If you have fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, you can, with adequate protection, go to the fever clinic of the designated medical institutions for medical treatment.
3. Observe the regulations. Recently, Shanghai issued a circular on implementing restrictive measures for public activities in some areas. Please follow the relevant requirements and actively cooperate with the authorities.
4. Do not panic. If your health code turns red or yellow, do not panic or go out. Report immediately to your residents committee or the Foreigner Service Station, or the Immigration Integration Service Station, and receive a nucleic acid test.
5. Receive vaccination. If you are eligible but have not been vaccinated, you are supposed to get the vaccination as soon as possible, so as to build an immune barrier against the Pandemic.
6. Participate as volunteers. If you are willing to be a volunteer, you can contact your residents committee or the Foreigner Service Station or the Immigration Integration Service Station. Welcome to join us!

Chers amis:
Récemment, des cas confirmés et asymptomatiques de COVID-19 ont été signalés successivement à Shanghai. Conformément aux dispositions municipales sur la prévention et le contrôle de la pandémie, nous préconisons par la présente les points suivants:
1. Réduire des rassemblements. Réduisez des rassemblements pour la réunion, le repas, etc. qui ne sont pas nécessaires, n’allez pas aux lieux publics encombrés et évitez des déplacements.
2. Prendre des mesures de protection. Portez un masque, lavez-vous souvent les mains et aérez fréquemment la chambre. Allez immédiatement, avec une protection appropriée, au dispensaire anti-fiévreux des institutions médicales désignées pour un traitement médical, si vous présentez des symptômes tels que la fièvre, le toux et la fatigue.
3. Respecter les règlements. À l’heure actuelle, la municipalité a annoncé des mesures de la restriction des activités publiques dans certains quartiers. On vous demande de respecter les règlements correspondants.
4. Eviter la panique. Si votre code de santé devient rouge ou jaune, ne paniquez pas, restez à la maison, signalez-le immédiatement au comité résidentiel, au bureau de service pour les étrangers ou au bureau de service d’intégration des immigrants, et subissez des tests PCR.
5. Se faire vacciner. Si vous vous conformez aux conditions de vaccination mais que vous n’êtes pas vacciné encore, faites-vous vacciner le plus tôt possible pour construire ensemble une barrière immunitaire contre le COVID-19.
6. Faire du bénévolat. Si vous êtes prêt à faire du bénévolat, contactez le comité résidentiel, le bureau de service pour les étrangers, ou le bureau de service d’intégration des immigrants. Nous vous invitons à vous joinder à nous !

浦東新区におられる外国人の皆様へ
最近、上海市において、新型コロナウイルスの確定感染者と無症状感染者が相次いで報告されています。市の防疫作業計画に基づき、流行の更なる拡大を予防し、コントロールするために、外国人の皆さまに以下の呼びかけをさせていただきます。
一、会合を減らすこと。不要な会合や会食を減らし、人が密集しているレジャー施設へ行くことをお控えください。
二、防護をしっかりと行うこと。マスクを着用し、こまめに手を洗い、風通しをよくなさってください。発熱、咳、無力感などの症状があれば、防護をしっかりと行った上で、直ちに指定された医療機関の発熱外来に行って診察をお受けください。
三、規定を守ること。先日、わが市では、一部の地域で公共活動の制限措置を実施することを公表しました。要求を守っていただきますよう、ご協力をお願いします。
四、焦らないこと。健康コードが赤色或いは黄色になった場合、焦る必要はありません。外出せずに、すぐにコミュニティまたは海外人員サービスステーション、移民融合サービスステーションに報告した上で、PCR検査にご協力ください。
五、ワクチンを接種すること。条件を満たした方でまだ接種されていない場合は、できるだけ早く接種を完了し、新型コロナウイルスに対抗する免疫の壁を共同で構築しましょう。
六、ボランティア活動について。ボランティア活動に参加するご意向のある方は、コミュニティまたは海外人員サービスステーション、移民融合サービスステーションにご連絡ください。ご参加をお待ちしております。
